Hungarian courses at Sprachenatelier are suited for both beginners and more advanced students. If you have previous knowledge, then you can learn Hungarian with us at different levels. After a free placement exam and/or a short conversation, we will find the fitting level for you.

Our highly qualified, experienced teachers with degrees in Hungarian as a foreign language ensure rapid progress with the newest teaching methods and materials. The language of instruction is Hungarian from the beginning. Whether you prefer to join class online or in person, we offer both, so you can decide.

Please note that most courses will be taught in both German and the target language (esp. beginner levels), and we recommend at least a B1/B2 level in German. Please contact us if you have any concerns about this. For some classes (e.g. very advanced levels or private lessons) you might not need any German.

Course options

Are you busy working or studying during the day, and only have time in the evening? Then our Hungarian Evening Courses, online or in person, are perfect for you. The classes are interesting and challenge you, but are always individually tailored to your class and level, so you can successfully learn Hungarian.

Whether online or in person, at the Sprachenatelier Berlin you will learn Hungarian quickly and effectively through small group instruction in our Hungarian Intensive Courses. Hungarian private lessons – either online or in person – include an individually tailored training program for you. You determine (almost) everything: number of hours per day, duration, learning speed and learning content (e.g. preparation for a language exam). Your needs and goals in learning Hungarian are the center of our attention!
