If you’ve ever wondered these things, you now have the chance to participate in a guided tour through the “Tränenpalast” in Berlin. In their current exhibition „Ort der Deutschen Teilung“, you'll be able to understand what led to the founding of the DDR and the building of the Berlin Wall. The exhibition also provides many interesting stories of people that witnessed the rise and the fall of the Berlin Wall. Interesting stories about how people fled, how they kept contact with their families on the other side of the wall and how they smuggled secret documents and photographs across the border.
The exhibition takes you on an exciting and informative trip through German history.
