Ethnological Museum

On the second and third floors of the Humboldt Forum in the Berliner Schloss, collections from the past and present cultures of Africa, America, Asia and Oceania are on display. The ethnological museum includes ethnographic and cultural-historical objects, supplemented by photographic documents, written/sound documents and film material. In addition, the Museum of Asian Art has an important collection of works of art from the Indo-Asian cultural area from the 4th millennium BC to the present. Buddhist, Jinist and Hindu works are represented from all major periods.
