Sachsenhausen Memorial and Museum
A somber experience, between 1936-45 Sachsenhausen was a concentration camp and since 2015 the site, at Strasse der Nationen 22 in Oranienburg, is open to the public as a museum and a memorial. Several buildings and structures survive or have been reconstructed, including guard towers, the camp entrance, crematory ovens and the camp barracks.
