Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church
For Kulturmittwoch we warmly invite you to join us in visiting the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church. The original Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial church was build at the end of the 19th Century by German Emperor Kaiser Wilhelm II as part of a Protestant church-building programme and was named in honour of his grandfather Kaiser Wilhelm I. It was later badly damaged in World War Two during an air raid. A new church has since been rebuilt and the damaged spire of the old church has been made into a memorial hall.
