This documentary by Martin Marecek and environment activist Martin Skalsky starts with a cartoon sequence, sketching a picture of the roads of Baku, from the oil fields to the oil carriers.

The Aserbaijan of today is very undemocratic, with a strong presidential regime and clan mentality, which are taken advantage of by Western organisations.
