Kulturmittwoch // „Wir sind nicht allein“ Show im Zeiss Großplanetarium
Learn German and experience Berlin!
A look at the pre-Christmas sky might give you hope of seeing a shooting star or two. But other celestial bodies are also hiding in the infinite expanse of our universe. On the last Culture Wednesday of the year, we want to approach the infinite universe. For thousands of years, mankind believed that the Earth was at the center of the universe. Since the first view through a telescope, our perspective has changed radically. Today we know: Our sun is just one ordinary star among hundreds of billions of stars in our Milky Way. In the Zeiss Large Planetarium, we will watch the live show "We are not alone". In the process, we try to find answers to these questions: Are we alone in space? What does it take for life to be possible on other planets in the universe? With the support of impressive visualizations of the cosmos, we will definitely not forget this journey through the universe so quickly!
