30.11. MUSIKINSTRUMENTEN MUSEUM
Whether you’re an avid classical music fan or someone who hasn’t touched a piano since those painful grade-one lessons all those years ago, I think everyone will be able to enjoy the beauty and craftsmanship on show at Berlin’s Musical instruments Museum. The permanent exhibition houses a collection of 800 different instruments and presents a journey through European art music from the 16th Century to the present. Noteworthy pieces include the famous Bach Harpsichord, string instruments created by European masters like Stradivari, as well as Sophie Charlotte of Hannover’s personal portable harpsichord. Let’s go explore together this Wednesday.
